It's a cordless or wireless lapel mic. It shouldn't be hard to find one. Just do a searh on the internet. The link below is to an eBay store. The part hanging on your back is the mic transmitter. You will need a receiver as well to connect to an amplifier and speakers make a complete system.

I guess I'm not particularly surprised, and I wish we could hear all the reasoning that went into the decision (which, of course, we won't). But given that VMware just about owns the x86 virtualization market and has announced its foray into the Mac universe, I imagine Microsoft figured it'd be a lot of work for what figures to be very little profit.
If it's PROFIT Microsoft wants, then why don't they DUMP IE7?
They can build ASPX to generate code to industry standard xHTML and CSS,
and save a FORTUNE. Plus, IE has been expensive to develop and keeps MS in the headlines with Exploit after Exploit, cementing their reputation for Low Quality Incompetent Software. So, if PROFIT was your motivation, why not dump IE and save some Real Money?

Reply 1: Who cares? How many Netflix downloads are free movies? BFD.
Reply 2: Nonsense. You can adjust the font, the size, the background color and the brightness. I'm surprised you didn't trot out the "backlit screen hurts your eyes" myth as well.
You just keep trying. Maybe one day, many years from now when information is streamed to our brain implants and displayed on our artificial corneas, Apple will fail to sell a single iPad and you will declare "I told you it was going to be a massive FAIL."
1)The who cares line...love it...great reply.
2)The nonsense you speak of is why Amazon is killing the iPad as an e-reader. Don't believe me? Go read the tens of thousands of comments about how hard it is to read a book (not a website....not an email...a book) on an iPad.
We have both an iPad 1 and Kindle. Absolutely no comparison for reading books...iPad just stinks.
Who said anything about fail? You need to ease up and stick to the comments otherwise you look like a fool. Too late I guess.

Maybe they will delay the iPad 2 JB till after 4.3.2 is released.

If this is true I am going to do something I've never done before, and skip an iPhone version.
Don't do anything crazy.
seems like apple is using the same modus operandi "tick-tock" as intel :apple:
Intel must have copied it from Apple.

As far as the guarantees go, this is what I see at negrielectronics.com (http://negrielectronics.com/apple-iphone-unlocking-service-permanent-solution.html) right now:
Your iPhone is now unlocked permanently!
Unlocked. Permanent. 100% Guaranteed or your money back*.
Your order may require verification. Please look for an email from us to further verify your order. This is a high fraud item and we take every precaution and approach fraud very seriously.
*(If the unlock is not successful, please email us a video link showing your IMEI and the unlock being unsuccessful).
**To deter possible fraud, we also reserve the right to remotely lock your device by IMEI
That's awfully tempting...they accept major CCs. You could always dispute the charge...
This is what is scary about this new unlocking avenue. Obviously someone has access to Apple's DB and from this statement, it seems like the access they have allows the to lock it. This means they could lock anyone's iPhone at anytime, even factory unlocked units. Even the carriers do not have this level of access. I was told by the Rogers unlocking team, that they could unlock but could not relock any phones...only Apple had that access. These unlockers have greater access to the Apple systems than the carriers do (already obvious, since they can unlock multiple carriers and the carriers can only unlock their own).

I just put iTunes on a PC. I also have a Mac. :D
My question is I have some songs on the PC that are windows media files I think. How do I import them into iTunes? I tryed doing the import and finding the songs but they did not show as if they were not there?
Or how can I convert those windows media files to a MP3 file?
Man I like my Mac much better. :D
Thank You
Jeff

Sony needs to make use of the already established and once popular "Walkman" name and make a real iPod competitor.

This is exactly my point--here we are saying that tons of people would complain about paying an extra $20 for headphones that weren't total garbage, but we are also saying how great it is that Apple sticks 6 billion dollars in the bank for three months' work, free and clear. So which is it? You want to line the pockets of the richest of the rich further, or you don't want to pay the extra $20 for decent headphones?
I'm a capitalist, so I'm going to side with Apple on this one. For me, if/when I buy an iPod, the standard (read crappy) headphones are fine. I don't expect Apple to include decent headphones (and eat the costs) when everyone else includes the same crappy headphones. It's not good business. Apple is in business to make money for the shareholders. Sometimes, business decisions can be beneficial to the shareholders and the consumers, but when it's an either-or sitiuation, the shareholder is gonna win.
The fact that Apple is raking in huge profits is irrelevant in the argument as you've framed. Including decent headphones at the same overall price would do very little to increase sales, but it would hurt the bottom line. Adding in other "marketable" features while keeping costs the same would, in theory, increase sales, so they would make up for the losses with higher volumes.
But I do understand your point. I'm still pissed that no one includes a USB cable with a new printer.

The point is, Apple needs to show labels that the ITMS is selling music in order to persuade the labels to sign and renew agreements.\
Additionally, it will continue to be very difficult for any other company to kill Apple on price per track, as the labels are already pressuring Apple to bump the prices up. Newcomers will of course feel that same pressure.
Apple has a lead because itunes / ipod system is the best.
That said, i have no problem with ipod, nor Itunes. if other stores want to sell product to be used on ipod, wrapped in drm? gluck to them. but i don't think illegally coming up with a workaround is right.
Apple has a right to a closed drm. it is free market, and other companies shouldnt be able to force the issue. BUT i do believe apple ought to open up more on it. Allow other companies to offer fairplay protected content. ie, record labels, to allow them to sell protected cd's, with software to allow NO COPYING, but allow albums to be ripped into itunes, but WITH DRM.
i do not believe drm is evil. Artists and labels need to protect against illegal copying. they have a right to their work being thought of as valued. and not something to be stolen or given away freely.

Actually, the big display prices *must* come down soon, because regular 32" tv can be bought for 500 euros nowadays. A display which has HDMI input, which means it can be connected to a DVI computer card rather easily.
Now I don't mean to say that a regular 32" TV that costs 500 would compete with a 30" ACD in terms of colour accuracy or top resolution, but I'm saying if someone wants a big display it can be done for peanuts. And as people discover this they're not going to buy "overpriced" computer displays that are meant for one purpose only.
Yeh sure, if you want a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 on your 50" tv. Sweet. You show me any TV that does 2500x1600.
